Keepin' Cool

Thankfully temperatures have dropped the last few days ..here are a couple of shots of how we stayed cool this week!

KJ is officially six

... and here is a look at some of his loot .. 

This is Knut the newest member of KJ's black bear collection, he roars when he is happy and was brought to life at build a bear with the cash from Effie, Fergus, Gillian and Craig 

This is one of several new animal Playmobiel sets (exciting for KJ perhaps a little less exciting for Puck)

An early celebration

of KJ being six happened at the home of Craig, Gillian, Effie and Fergus (the best hosts ever !!) 

We kicked things off with a belching competition (oh ya we have class)

There was friend loving, hat wearing, light saber battles and laughter as well.

And then we posed with our best pearly whites for some fab photos!

.. the boys picked up right where we left off months ago and played oh ya and secretly copied the stretches super loved cousin Marie was doing

During our visit home the boys had a blast playing at the beach with Sara and Ryan. The goal .. build huge castle and see if it can survive the incoming tide ..

And later during our evening swim it was time for a few group shots!
